We are heading into our 18th annual Client User Group, which will be a virtual event again this year. But virtual or in person, we have heard a tremendous amount of feedback from our clients on why they attend these events. We have been sharing what we hear through a series of blog posts, so today we are going to look at an often overlooked reason that people get value out of these events. Reason #4 for attending: One on one time with Intellitec Staff. 

Our clients typically have used their ERP solution an average of 12 years. In many cases, that means the one-on-one touch points they have with the consultants they rely on is not as intensive as it was years ago during their initial set-up. User Groups – even remote sessions like this years – provide a great opportunity to reconnect.

Similar to some of the other points we have made about getting value and free resources, the ability to have one on one time with our staff free of charge is valuable, and should be taken advantage of. Many times the staff who support you best you only get to meet via phone call or internet streaming session – not to mention, if it is a consulting engagement, you are paying for it. Attendees who get the most out of User Groups come prepared with questions to ask, and get the most out of the one on one face time that occurs thought out the day.
