What IntelliConnect Can Do
IntelliConnect allows you to get a better view of financial health by sharing critical information between your clinical (PointClickCare) and ERP packages. Developed and designed by Intellitec Solutions, IntelliConnect gives you the ability to take financial and statistical information entered in clinical and have that data mapped and sent to the General Ledger.
How It Works
There are 4 sets of data processed by IntelliConnect; Daily Cash, Daily Census, Month End Revenue, and Month End Census. The daily exports are generated overnight, and the month end exports are generated when the GL for a facility has been closed for the prior month. No manual trigger is required to transfer the data so your daily and monthly close processes will remain exactly the same. When data is exported automatically, it is uploaded to an sFTP site hosted by PointClickCare. From there, IntelliConnect does the rest. IntelliConnect will handle all GL and Statistical account conversions to match the General Ledger in
Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics. Once the conversion of all data points is complete, each transaction is imported using our proprietary solution. IntelliConnect will do all the work and automatically import transactions to your GL when data becomes available from PointClickCare. No longer do you need to manually re-key journal entries or take the time to convert account numbers. The automated data file comes from clinical and is uploaded – it’s that simple.
