Intellitec Solutions has hosted Client User Groups since 2004. Along the way, we have seen many clients benefit from the experience in a variety of ways. As we prepare for our 18th Annual event, we thought we would share the 5 main reasons our clients have told us they benefited from attending.
Reason #1 for attending: Making the most of your software investment. Our clients have used their software solution for an average of 12 years. You invested a lot in order to go live with your ERP solution – beyond just the software costs to get it up and running. You spent time on requirements gathering, interviews with consultants, demo’s, proposals, evaluations….and that was before you even purchased anything. After that you had resources devoted to project management, implementation, scheduling downtime, conversion of your old system, and training.
