Important information W-2’s, 1099’s and ACA

Reminder – The filing deadline for 2017 W-2s and 1099 forms (including Form 1099-MISC and electronic filing) is January 31, 2018. This applies to both paper and electronic filing.

If you are required to file Affordable Care Act documents, please note that the deadline has been extended. You have until March 2, 2018 to provide forms 1095-B or 1095-C to your employees. The deadline for filing with the IRS is February 28th for paper filers and April 2nd for electronic filers.
